About us!

Cody and Josh met at UIUC in a club for tricking (doing flips and stunts). Throughout their years at college, they found they had many overlapping interests and both enjoyed working on projects.

After seeing tables that appear to float, known as tensegrity tables, Cody and Josh set about creating a unique table with an even stronger floating effect.

The first prototype can be seen here.

With the first Tipsy Table finished, they competed to see who could balance the most weight on the new contraption. After finding some corks, they started bouncing ideas off of each other and the first version of Tipsy Table rules was created.

A few roommates joined in on the excitement and everyone stayed up until ~2am stacking corks and having a blast.

A new project idea was born.

For the next few months Cody and Josh worked on designing and perfecting the patent-pending party game with a fun set of rules.

They are now ramping up production so everyone can enjoy Tipsy Table!
